The brain between the noise and the numbers. AI-powered trade intelligence, matchup analysis, and contextual advice for every format — dynasty, redraft, keeper, superflex.
Currently supporting Sleeper leagues. More platforms coming soon.
Features
Not a wrapper. An intelligence layer.
Cadence doesn't just look up numbers. It combines trade values, matchup data, injury signals, news sentiment, and your actual roster to give you advice that makes sense — whether you're in a dynasty rebuild or chasing a redraft championship.
Trade Intelligence
Dynamic trade values updated daily across 8 data sources. Cadence finds the deals your leaguemates are most likely to accept — not just fair trades, smart ones.
Contextual AI Chat
Ask anything about your roster, trades, matchups, or rookies. Cadence knows your players, your league settings, your scoring, and your format — it leads with football reasoning, not calculator math.
Scouting & News
Pre-draft profiles with combine data, ADP across formats, and landing spot analysis. In-season, get real-time news and injury impact on your roster.
Cadence Value Engine
Proprietary values computed from 6 modifier functions — injury, sentiment, depth chart, age, schedule, momentum. Not just static rankings from a spreadsheet.
Every Format, Understood
Dynasty, redraft, keeper, superflex, TEP, IDP — Cadence adapts its advice to your exact league format. No generic tips that ignore your settings.
Your Data, Secured
Row-level security, rate limiting, input sanitisation, and CORS lockdown. Your league data is isolated — no one else sees your roster or trade suggestions.
How it works
Three steps to smarter decisions
1
Connect your Sleeper league
Enter your username. Cadence pulls your roster, league settings, format, and trade history automatically.
2
Set your strategy
Tell Cadence whether you're contending, rebuilding, or somewhere in between. This shapes every recommendation.
3
Get actionable intelligence
Trade suggestions, start/sit advice, and matchup breakdowns tailored to your roster and format. Ask Cadence to analyse any deal, scout any rookie, or find your best lineup.
Trade finder
Trades that make sense for both sides
Cadence matches your rebuild targets with contenders who need to sell — or vice versa. Every suggestion includes football reasoning, not just value alignment.

Cadence is operated by JK19 Labs ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Cadence mobile application and website at cadencefantasy.com (collectively, the "Service"). This policy applies to users worldwide, including users in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and the United States.
2. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes via Supabase Auth. When you connect your Sleeper account, we access your publicly available Sleeper username, league memberships, and roster data through the Sleeper API. We do not store your Sleeper password or access any private Sleeper account settings.
We also collect usage data including chat messages you send to our AI assistant, trade suggestions generated for your roster, and your stated dynasty strategy preference (contending, rebuilding, or middle). This data is used to provide personalised recommendations.
We do not collect biometric data, geolocation data, or financial information. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to operate and improve the Service. This includes generating trade suggestions, providing AI-powered roster analysis, delivering rookie scouting reports, and maintaining your session across devices. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.
4. Legal basis for processing (UK/EEA users)
For users in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract — processing necessary to provide you with the Service; (b) legitimate interests — improving the Service, preventing abuse, and ensuring security; (c) consent — where you have opted in to receive communications from us. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate Cadence: Supabase (authentication and database hosting, servers in the US), OpenRouter (AI model routing), Anthropic and Google (AI model providers), Tavily (web search for current player news), and Sleeper (fantasy football data via their public API). Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions as appropriate.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) enabled on all tables. This means your roster data, trade suggestions, and chat history are isolated to your account — no other user can access them. We implement rate limiting, input sanitisation, and CORS restrictions to protect against abuse.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained to improve your experience across sessions. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
8. Your rights — UK and EEA users
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format); object to processing based on legitimate interests; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the ICO in the UK). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Your rights — US users
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another US state with applicable privacy legislation, you may have additional rights including: the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share your data); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity before processing any request.
Categories of personal information we collect (as defined under the CCPA): identifiers (email address, Sleeper username); internet activity (chat messages, usage patterns); and inferences drawn from the above (trade suggestions, roster analysis). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA.
10. Cookies
The Cadence mobile app does not use cookies. The website uses only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking.
11. Children
Cadence is not directed at children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. For transfers from the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
14. Contact
For any questions about this policy or to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at [email protected].
For UK/EEA users: if you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £50 (OR US$60).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JK19 Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

For users located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
For users located in the United States: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for the protection of intellectual property rights.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
